The goal of our deep cleaning is to give your home a thorough cleaning with a shiny result. Our deep cleaning is particularly suitable in the following situations:

Things to think about before your deep cleaning
- Hang up if possible. bathtub front if you want us to clean underneath.
- Move heavy equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, stoves, bathtubs, washers and dryers forward so that cleaning can be done behind them. Please note that the cleaning guarantee does not apply to areas behind these appliances unless they have been moved prior to cleaning.
- You need to be available by phone on the cleaning day.
- Inform us if you have sensitive items or materials, e.g. marble in your home.eg. marble in your home.
Moments we do not perform
For us, it is important that you have a positive experience when you hire us. To ensure that our cleaning does not cause damage to your home or risk the safety of our staff, we have drawn up a list of steps we refrain from performing:
- We do not clean inside wardrobes, bathroom cabinets etc. unless they are emptied.
- We do not remove stains on the walls and ceilings of non-wet rooms due to the high risk of shade differences / the color fading.
- We do not remove paint, stickers or the like due to the risk of damaging the surface.
- We do not perform external window cleaning where the window cannot be opened inwards and is higher than 3 metres.
- For work environment reasons, we do not lift/move heavy furniture or large carpets. We clean underneath as much as we can.
- We do not clean water traps under sinks and sinks

How do I book a cleaning?

Do I need any equipment for a major cleaning?
No, we bring all the cleaning agents and materials that are needed for us to be able to do a big clean.
What do I do if I can't be at home and open?
If you can't be home and open, you can leave the keys with us somehow. Talk to our customer service and we will find a solution.
Can I book a cleaning on a weekend or after working hours?
We are very flexible with when we can help you with the cleaning, even on weekends. Talk to us and we will find the best solution together!
Do I get a guarantee on the major cleaning?
Of course! You always get a three (3) day guarantee on major cleaning from Clean Hansa.
How does the RUT deduction work?
Household services give you as a consumer a tax reduction of 50 percent of the labor cost, which means that you only pay half the price for the service. The deduction is made directly by us at the time of purchase, so you do not need to apply for it yourself.
