- Refrigerators and freezers must be emptied and defrosted for cleaning to be carried out.
- Hang up if possible. bathtub front if you want us to clean underneath.
- Move heavy equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, stoves, bathtubs, washers and dryers forward so that cleaning can be done behind them. Please note that the cleaning guarantee does not apply to areas behind these appliances unless they have been moved prior to cleaning.
- Electricity, lighting and hot water must be available in the home.
- You need to be available by phone on the cleaning day.
