What’s Included in Our Deep Cleaning Service?

Our deep cleaning service ensures your home is thoroughly cleaned, leaving it spotless and fresh.

Bathroom Cleaning:

  • Clean inside, outside, and around the toilet
  • Clean above and below the sink (excludes drain cleaning)
  • Wipe all pipes
  • Clean all tiles
  • Clean the bathtub, under it, and the bathtub front
  • Clean the shower cabin
  • Clear the floor drain
  • Polish the mirror

Kitchen Cleaning:

  • Clean the stove top, underside, and sides (including burners)
  • Clean the walls around the stove
  • Clean the extractor fan, hood, and filter
  • Wash all racks and trays
  • Clean the oven and warming drawer
  • Clean the sink, faucet, and backsplash
  • Clean the cutting board and spice shelf
  • Wipe the floor
  • Dust the walls and ceiling
  • Wipe all moldings
  • Clean the door
  • Clean the fridge inside and out
  • Clean the freezer exterior
  • Wipe electrical outlets and switches
  • Clean radiators
  • Wipe all cabinet doors and drawers on the outside

General Living Areas:

  • Vacuum floors, carpets, and upholstered furniture
  • Mop floors
  • Wipe baseboards, doors, frames, outlets, window sills, and surfaces
  • Polish mirrors
  • Empty trash bins
  • Dust furniture and lamps
  • Dust high shelves and cabinets using a ladder

Additional Services: Contact us if you want to book any of the following:

  • Freezer defrosting: 200 SEK after RUT.
  • Sweeping/vacuuming of additional areas like balconies, storage, or basements: 15 SEK/sqm after RUT.
  • Cleaning blinds: 25 SEK each after RUT.
  • Window cleaning (according to the price list).


Terms and Conditions:

Quality Guarantee: We offer a 3-day satisfaction guarantee, meaning we’ll return within 3 days to address any issues. Rest assured, we’re committed to doing a great job!

We carry all necessary insurance for your and our staff’s safety!

Materials: We bring all equipment and cleaning supplies needed.

Before Your Deep Cleaning:

  • Remove the bathtub front if you want us to clean underneath.
  • Move heavy appliances like the fridge, freezer, stove, bathtub, washing machine, and dryer so we can clean behind them. Note that our cleaning guarantee does not cover areas behind these appliances if they haven't been moved before cleaning.
  • Be reachable by phone on the cleaning day.
  • Inform us of any sensitive items or materials, such as marble, in your home.

Tasks We Don’t Perform: We want to ensure a positive experience, so we avoid certain tasks to prevent damage to your home or risks to our staff:

  • We don’t clean inside closets, bathroom cabinets, etc., unless they are emptied.
  • We don’t remove stains from non-wet room walls and ceilings due to the high risk of color differences or paint peeling.
  • We don’t remove paint, stickers, or similar items due to the risk of surface damage.
  • We don’t clean exterior windows that can’t be opened inward and are higher than 3 meters.
  • For safety reasons, we don’t lift/move heavy furniture or large rugs. We clean underneath as much as we can reach.
  • We don’t clear sink or wash basin drains.

Need for Additional Resources: If, during our inspection, we find that the cleaning requires more resources than initially expected (e.g., if the home is much dirtier than normal), we reserve the right to adjust the price to cover extra labor and materials. You will be informed and given the option to accept the new price before we begin cleaning. If you choose not to accept the adjusted price, you can cancel the service without any charge.

Please note that this happens in very few cases.

Payment Terms: Payment is due within 10 days after the work is completed. Late or missed payments will incur a reminder fee of 60 SEK, plus interest on arrears at the legal rate + 8% on the invoice amount from the due date.

The total price after tax reduction assumes the work qualifies for the deduction, that the customer has sufficient allowance, and that it hasn’t been used for other services. The customer is responsible for verifying this information.

Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will not be charged. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before, the full amount after the RUT deduction will be charged.
