Frequently asked questions about window cleaning
Can you clean even in winter?
Yes! We clean in all weathers, even if it's snowing or raining. Down to minus 15 degrees it is fine.
How is the price for a window cleaning calculated?
When you book, you specify how many windows you have and what type of window they are, and then get a price based on the information you entered. In order for us to make a correct assessment, it is important that you provide the correct information about your windows in your booking.
What do I do if I can't be at home and open?
If you can't be home and open, you can leave the keys with us somehow. Talk to our customer service and we will find a solution.
Can I book window cleaning on a weekend or after working hours?
We are very flexible with when we can help you with the window cleaning, even on weekends. Talk to us and we will find the best solution together!
How does the RUT deduction work?
Household services give you as a consumer a tax reduction of 50 percent of the labor cost, which means that you only pay half the price for the service. The deduction is made directly by us at the time of purchase, so you do not need to apply for it yourself.
If you don't want/can't use the RUT deduction, tell us and we'll help you further.
