How do I book a cleaning?
The easiest way is to fill out the form at the top of our website, starting with your postal code. We will get back to you within 2 business hours to confirm your booking.
You can also book a cleaning by contacting us via email at info@cleanhansa.se or by calling us at 081-243 92 23. Our friendly customer service will help you choose the right service and find a time that suits you best.
Which equipment do I need to prepare for a cleaning?
For a home cleaning, you need to prepare:
- A vacuum cleaner
- A mop
- A bucket
We will bring our own cleaning products and cloths.
For all other services, we provide all the necessary materials and equipment.
What should I do if I can't be home to let you in?
If you can’t be home to let us in, you can leave the keys for us in some way. Contact our customer service, and we will find a solution.
Can I book a cleaning on a weekend?
We are very flexible with when we can assist you with cleaning, including weekends. Talk to us, and we will find the best solution together!
How does RUT deduction work?
Household services provide you as a consumer with a 50% tax reduction on the labor cost, meaning you only pay half the price for the service. The deduction is applied directly by us at the time of purchase, so you don’t need to apply for it yourself.
If you cannot or do not wish to use the RUT deduction, let us know and we will assist you further.
