Things to think about before your home cleaning
- Have our rags, your vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop ready.
- Please make sure that your things (e.g. clothes & toys) are put away so that we can focus on the cleaning.
- That we have agreed on a way to gain access to your home.
- Inform us if you have sensitive items or materials, e.g. marble in your home.
Moments we do not carry out in a regular home cleaning
For us, it is important that you have a positive experience when you hire us. To ensure that our cleaning does not cause damage to your home or risk the safety of our staff, we have drawn up a list of steps we refrain from performing in a regular home cleaning:

What equipment do I need for a cleaning?
Before a house cleaning , you need:
- A vacuum cleaner
- A mop
- A bucket
which we borrow during the cleaning.
We bring cleaning agents with us and you get tablecloths from us that you keep.
What do I do if I can't be at home and open?
If you can't be home and open, you can leave the keys with us somehow. Talk to our customer service and we will find a solution.
Can I cancel or reschedule my cleaning session?
Of course, the best way is to contact our support via email info@cleanhansa.se or phone 081-243 92 23.
However, remember to cancel at least 48 hours before the cleaning.
What happens if my cleaner is sick or on holiday?
We aim for the same person to clean every time. But in case of vacation or illness, for example, we will make sure that someone else from our cleaning team helps you. Everyone in our cleaning team has the same training as your regular cleaner. They look at your cleaning instructions, which we have already saved from before, to know how you want it.
Home cleaning according to your needs
Tell us what you want help with, and we will adapt our cleaning accordingly. We will agree together which rooms should be included, what should be done and how you want it done. We compile all the needs in your customer profile that form the basis of your home cleaning.
How does the RUT deduction work?
Household services give you as a consumer a tax reduction of 50 percent of the labor cost, which means that you only pay half the price for the service. The deduction is made directly by us at the time of purchase, so you do not need to apply for it yourself.
If you do not want or cannot use the RUT deduction, tell us and we will help you further.
