What’s Included in Regular Home Cleaning?

Our goal with regular home cleaning is to keep your home clean on a daily basis so you can focus on other aspects of life.

Bathroom Cleaning:

  • Cleaning of the bathtub and shower area
  • Removal of stains on bathroom furniture
  • Cleaning of towel racks and towel warmers
  • Cleaning of sink (inside and outside)
  • Cleaning of toilet (inside and outside)

Kitchen/Dining Area Cleaning:

  • Cleaning of tiles/splashbacks above the sink
  • Cleaning of the stove exterior
  • Cleaning of the microwave (inside and outside)
  • Wiping down household appliances
  • Wiping down the exterior of the refrigerator and freezer
  • Cleaning of trash bins
  • Wiping down dining table and chairs
  • Cleaning of the sink, countertop, and faucet

Other Areas of the Home:

  • Dusting horizontal surfaces
  • Vacuuming carpets, floors, and baseboards
  • Wiping down cabinets, switches, light switches, moldings, and door handles
  • Polishing mirrors
  • Emptying trash bins (burnable and compostable)
  • Dusting picture frames and lamps (if reachable without special equipment)
  • Spot cleaning and mopping floors

Additional Services: Contact us if you would like to book any of the following:

  • Changing bed linens
  • Ironing clothes
  • Interior cleaning of the refrigerator
  • Interior cleaning of the oven


Terms

Materials:

  • At the first cleaning, we will provide microfiber cloths for you to keep and wash between each cleaning.
  • For each cleaning, we will bring the necessary cleaning agents but will use your vacuum cleaner, bucket, and mop.

Things to Consider Before Your Home Cleaning:

  • Have our cloths, your vacuum cleaner, bucket, and mop ready.
  • Ensure your items (e.g., clothes & toys) are put away so we can focus on cleaning.
  • Agree on a method for accessing your home.
  • Inform us if you have sensitive items or materials, such as marble, in your home.

Tasks Not Included in Regular Home Cleaning: To ensure a positive experience and to avoid damage or safety risks, we do not perform the following tasks during regular home cleaning:

  • Cleaning walls and dusting pictures
  • Cleaning ceilings and other high areas that cannot be reached without special equipment
  • Removing extremely tough stains
  • Cleaning floor drains
  • Cleaning water traps
  • Cleaning air vents and vents
  • Moving heavy furniture and appliances
  • Post-renovation cleaning
  • Cleaning furniture

Need for Additional Resources: If, during an inspection, we find that the extent of cleaning requires significantly more resources than initially expected (e.g., if the home is much dirtier than normal), we reserve the right to cancel the cleaning. You will be informed and may be given a recommendation for another service (e.g., deep cleaning). If you choose not to accept this, you can cancel the service without any charge.

Please note that this happens in very few cases.

Payment Terms:

Payment must be made within 10 days after the work is completed. Late or missed payments will incur a reminder fee of 60 SEK and interest on arrears at the legal rate plus 8% on the invoice amount from the due date.

The total price after tax reduction assumes that the work qualifies for tax reduction, that the customer has the specified space for tax reduction, and that it has not already been used for other work. The customer is responsible for verifying this information.

Cancellation:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time will not incur a charge. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the full amount after the RUT deduction will be charged. This is because we still need to pay our cleaning staff and cannot find a new assignment for them in such a short time.
